Goal: The aims of this project are: (i) to develop RAG and CODS tests, (ii) to identify predictors of RAG and CODS, (iii) to define the efficacy of training aimed at the development of RAG and CODS; all in athletic- and non-athletic (clinical) participants

Soccer RAG
Agility is defined as a rapid change of speed and direction of movement as a reaction to an external
stimulus.
There are two facets of agility: non-reactive agility and reactive agility (RAG).
Non-reactive agility involves an active change of direction speed (CODS) that is pre-determined and does not
include unpredictable situations.
The term “pre-planned agility” is regularly used for CODS, while
RAG is often referred to as “non-planned agility”.
Agility is mostly known as crucial conditioning capacity in competitive team sports, including football,
futsal, handball, and basketball.
The aims of this project are:
(i) to develop RAG and CODS tests for different sports and populations (i.e., clinical population)
(ii) to identify predictors of RAG and CODS
(iii) to define the efficacy of training aimed at the development of RAG and CODS; all in athletic- and
non-athletic (clinical) participants
